Dancing Jax by Robin Jarvis – review

Purple Unicorns (group member): 'If you don't read this book you are really missing out on something'

In a coastal town, a strange out-of-print book is found, full of colourful stories of castles, knights and unicorns. But the book is no fairy tale. Written by Austerly Fellows, a mysterious turn-of-the-century occultist, it is no mere entertainment. In fact those who read it find they can't put it down no matter how much they may want to.

This book is a about a man named Martin Baxter, a man who is immune to the evil powers of Austerly Fellows. Matin Baxter is trying to save the rest of Britain from being hypnotized by Austerly Fellows.

Robin Jarvis is an amazing writer who has seven series of books. I have only read two but they are literally AMAZING! If you don't read this book you are really missing out on something. I would recommend this book for ages 10-13. I would rate this book 4 out of 5 because sometimes the story line is hard to follow. The genre of this book is dark fantasy.
