This book is AMAZING.

It is so unique, and such an amazing plot, that I was gripped throughout the whole book, refusing to put the book down. The characters were so well thought out, and it seemed like every word was really from the mouth of lovely Lex, the main character and the narrator of the story. I know this is a cliche, but the characters and words jumped out of the page to me – I felt myself warming to Jess, Lex and most of all funny, lovely George!

This book is a mixture between real life and a sort of dream-like genre, like things that wouldn't happen in real life – magic. These two genres don't go together. Ever. At least, that's what I thought until I read Kiss Date Love Hate. Luisa Plaja managed to spin these two completely world apart genres into a girly, fresh, unique book that introduces an amazing voice into girly literature.

If only there was a way of matching people perfectly to avoid all the unrequited love dumping and drama!Then Lex's friend George is give a mysterious Sims-like game by his software-testing dad which involves building character profiles in the categories of Life Looks and Love. Lex and George populate the game with avatars for all their mates making a few 'wishful thinking' adjustments to the settings - and find that the next day these tinkerings have come true! But how long can this new calm loved-up atmosphere continue...?

To conclude, I found this book addictive, didn't want it to end, and reminded me once more why I love reading!
