I normally avoid these books as I find them really simple and boring to read; so obviously the toddler loves it! It's her favourite... Requests it again and again and again.
It's the story of a baby tiger who doesn't want to go to sleep. So mummy tiger loses her cool one night at bed time and says, fine stay up all night - see if I care. So baby tiger goes off to play in the dark forest, finding on his way that all his friends have gone to bed... Then he goes home and falls asleep. Riveting stuff.
It's an easy story to read; it's very repetitive which I think young readers like and the pictures are lovely. A calming, if boring, bed time read.
