This book is about a family of ghosts who go out on holiday across the sea. One of the ghosts called Pamela is scared of the sea and hides under another ghost's hat.

The rest of the ghosts in her family realise she is missing so they begin to search for her.

They were meant to catch a boat but they missed it as they were looking for Pamela. They see another boat but they don't know its actually a phantom pirate ship!!!! They go on this boat and have a scary but funny adventure.

My favourite part is when the phantom pirate ship see another ghost ship and they have a battle.

It is really action packed, fast paced and really really funny and has great pictures in it.

A brilliant Halloween book!

I recommend this book for 7+ as it may be a bit scary for younger children.
