...then he ate my boy entrancers is a hilarious book written by Louise Rennison. It tells the side-splittingly funny story of Georgia Nicolson: the maddest teenage girl on the planet. This book is part of a series of books all from the confessions of Georgia Nicolson, the first book is called Angus, Thongs and Full Frontal Snogging. Hopefully this has given you an insight into what type of books they are. Here's a little bit about the story:

Georgia's Vati has done something miraculous and has decided to take the whole family on a holiday to Hamburger-a go-go land (America)! Georgia can't wait as the Luurve God is also in America: Masimo, the gorgey Italian. Georgia and Jas, her best friend, are all ready to set off to America (with six, yes six, suitcases of clothes. Her Vati gets mad and so she has to cut it down to three!) So, all is well until Dave the laugh tells Georgia that Masimo happens to be in Manhattan, ages away from where Georgia is going to be! She doesn't let it faze her and has a plan of (trying to) call every single person in Manhattan. She seems to think that it is a sign of her on-going love for the Italian Stallion. Of course, it doesn't work and Georgia is very disappointed. When she gets back she receives a letter from the Sex God (Robbie a.k.a the guitar plucker later to be known as) that subtly points out that he is still in love with her as he is in love with Kiwi-a-go-go land and lying in rivers with wombats. So, Georgia is tres, tres confusiosity. Just to lighten the mood, Dave the laugh tells Georgia he is in love with her too and now she really has got her knickers in a twist. But, in the name of pants, please help herself get sorted out!!!!!!

As you can probably tell, this is a very funny, feel-good teen book. I wouldn't say that this book is a challenging read but this book is perfect if you have just finished a really hard-core book and just need a bit of a giggle. This is the perfect remedy!
