Ruby Redfort is a book about a thirteen-year-old secret agent whose best friend is a boy called Clancy Crew. It is for both boys and girls and it makes you see the world differently following Ruby's rules.

I think it is great because she is girl who is inspiring for girls, but she is also quite a tomboy, which may may appeal to boys. There are currently three brilliant books in the series and the third one has a scented bubblegum cover after Ruby's favourite scent!
