This is the second instalment in the Heist Society. Having read both series written by Ally Carter (Gallagher Girls and Heist Society), I much prefer this series.
However I was disappointed at the predictability of the book and I find that Ally Carter's books follow the same writing pattern, so it's easy to guess what will happen next. I also find her writing a little simplistic which can make the book a little boring at times.
Despite this, I still read the book quickly and did enjoy it, but not as much as the first. I definitely liked the story idea but I think it could have been edited further to give more detail in certain places where things only just made sense.
I don't really like the way that the book characters were indestructible and flawless and were overconfident, especially Kat: she could hardly bring herself to admit that she had actually for once been wrong about something and slipped up, whereas in real life everybody makes mistakes on a regular basis.
I will finish the series as I like the story lines and the writing style but won't boast about how fantastic this book is like I would with some.
