In this book Traction Man and his pet, Scrubbing Brush, go to the seaside for the day but they get washed away by a wave. They have some adventures – such as being hidden inside a sandcastle – but then they get found by Truffles the dog so it has a happy ending. At the end they go away on a new adventure with The Dollies. This is quite a good book and it is very funny for Traction Man to have a scrubbing brush as a pet, but it would be more exciting if more adventures happened, rather than just the one.
