Haycast 10: Peter Florence and Marina Lewycka

We talk to Peter Florence and Claire Armitstead about how it all went. Plus Sarah Crown visits Hay Bluff with Owen Sheers and Tom Bullough.

As the festival draws to a close we look back over the highlights of a packed week of poetry, literature, politics, music and comedy. The Guardian's literary editor Claire Armitstead speaks to the festival's director Peter Florence.

Marina Lewycka shot to fame with her worldwide hit novel A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian. Her follow-up, Two Caravans, traces the lives of strawberry-pickers who find themselves working in Kent, having arrived in Britain from many different countries. She explains how fun it is to experiment.

We take a brisk country walk with Tom Bullough, author of The Claude Glass, and poet-turned-novelist Owen Sheers to discuss literature and landscape.
